Hi! I'm Miyeko, a 20 something indie author, who loves writing about Black people falling in love.

I've wanted to write books since middle school. I handwrote pages and pages of stories on loose leaf paper whenever I wasn't devouring books from my local library. I published my first book in 2023, and have been enjoying the ride ever since.

When I'm not writing, you can probably find me at the hardware store getting supplies for my next project or somewhere being terrorized by my doodle to play fetch.

I love tennis and i've recently started to play regularly again

I'm very competitive

in elementary school i won a gift card to borders for having the most ar points in the whole school

I like pineapple on pizza.
